The Mens’ Breakfast meets every first Saturday in the month for an early cooked breakfast, wonderful good humour, fellowship and prayer.

We welcome visitors to share with us as we enjoy wide ranging discussions and reflection on important issues with occasional visits by outside speakers.  Just call and let us know if you would like to come - you would be most welcome.

We exist to support men in their work, their families and in the church           - and of course to have a good breakfast !
There is a wonderful atmosphere and good humour followed,
          occasionally by a morning’s project around the church.
Group visits are usually arranged at least once in the year and have
           included a long weekend in Scotland, visits to Jodrell Bank,
          York railway museum and Duxford aircraft museum.

After a trip to York railway museum we had to wait ages for the train home.

A visit to Duxford was a great success although choosing the pilot for the journey
                                          home proved difficult
                                          when he couldn’t
                                             start the engines

Jodrell Bank was brilliant except that tossing a coin for the last one to be
                                    beamed up
                                    meant that Mike
                                   had to walk home

The long weekend in Scotland was really good
although the cameraman accidentally got his
                                         eye stuck on the video
                                         camera and had to be
                                         shown everything
                                         through the camera lens
