Ministry Leadership Teams
or MLTs as they are commonly known, are a way of devolving responsibility for the various activities of the Church to groups of members with a shared passion for a particular area of work.
Each of the teams works within a budget which it requests from the P.C.C. and is answerable to the P.C.C. for its decisions.
Each team keeps minutes of its meetings and these are examined by the P.C.C. who will give guidance and direction if necessary.
