"The Baddesley Porch" on the North Side of the church leads into the East end of the North Aisle. It was originally used as  the private entrance from the old Atherstone Hall which stood in its own grounds some 200 metres to the North of the church.

The porch was probably erected soon after the rebuilding of the nave. It dates from the 12th Century, and came from the old Baddesley Church, pulled down in 1842.
